On an iPhone, it’s Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, but bear in mind this will also reset your Wi-Fi networks and passwords so you’ll have to set them up again. If you can’t see any issues it may be worth resetting to see if that helps. On an Android, it will be Settings > Network & internet or maybe if you have a Samsung it will be Settings > Connections > Mobile networks. You may want to change your network preferences and test to see if it makes a difference. You’ll want to make sure you’re connecting to the right carrier and that voice and data are switched on.
